Logan Place Village Townhomes is committed to protecting the health and safety of our residents and employees. We are one with the community in working toward the containment of the Coronavirus and preventing its further spread. To that end we are stepping up our social distancing efforts as a preventive measure in-line with government agency recommendations.

We wish to work together with you to prevent the spread of Coronavirus, please consider your health and others’ by complying with the following:

1. Contact us by phone, email, text or through your community portal for all inquiries, payments, or maintenance requests.

2. If you currently have a pending maintenance request and there is a household member living in the residence with cold or flu symptoms please notify us immediately so that we may reschedule.

3. Refrain from visiting the management office if you have symptoms of the cold or flu.

4. If you are ill, do not use any of the common areas. If you are well and choose to use these facilities, please use antibacterial wipes to wipe down all surfaces before and after use.

Please be aware that if you are exhibiting cold or flu symptoms we reserve the right to ask you to leave the common areas or our office. We kindly ask that you respect our requests while we work to shield you, our employees, and the greater community from the virus during this time. Thank you for your cooperation.
